After acquiring numerous degrees (Associates, Educational Sign Language Interpreting - Bachelors of Science, American Studies - Masters of Education Degree, Literacy and Learning in the Content Areas: 6-12 - New York State Permanent Teaching Certification in Special Education) and being an innovative high school teacher for 18 years, I still found myself searching tirelessly for an out-of-the-box approach to instill a passion for learning in students who have given up on themselves.

Motivating the Teen Spirit's philosophy and training have transformed the climate of my classroom, and have positively affected and infected the spirit of my school. These powerful tools, strategies, and resources make it possible to create an extraordinary learning environment - one where teachers have a profound educational and personal impact on the lives of students. 

This empowering, interactive, and transformative work helps teachers discover the keys that drive all students to perform at their very highest levels, and it has personally given me powerful tools to begin a new legacy of safety in communication and unconditional love within my own family.
