Motivating the Teen Spirit offers life-changing, inter-active empowerment skills programs designed to address the challenging issues of the Teen experience, one teenager at a time. We empower Teens to make smart choices about alcohol, drugs, sex and the pressures Teens face today.

Rooted in strong self-esteem, Teens communicate more effectively with their families, adults in their lives and with their peers. We focus on teaching Teens to fall in love with themselves (some for the first time) and how to make integrity based decisions.

Founded by Lisa Nichols is an internationally known Life Coach and teacher, Motivational speaker and best-selling author. She is committed to impacting the lives of over 1 million teens. On a more personal note Lisa remembers her darkest hours as a teen and how there was even a time when she thought about committing suicide. She understands the passage that any and every teen must go through to become an adult and she has dedicated her life’s work to honoring that passage and assisting to make it and amazing experience.

Lisa wants to make sure that you know and remember that Motivating the Teen Spirit is designed for leadership teens, high performing teens, and teens from “great” homes as well as all others.
 

Who We Serve

We serve teens between the ages of 12-20 and adults 21 and over through interactive workshops designed for:

• Teen Empowerment and Emotional Healthiness – these workshops are offered in various formats such as:
   
  • 2 hours
  • 4hours
  • Full day
  • Two day

The two workshop is designed to produce a profound impact and shift on any participant in the areas of fear, anger, forgiveness, self-talk, communication or self belief.
 

• Staff Development – these workshops offered in the same format as above allows a staff of educators, administrators, youth advocates, counselors or juvenile justice staff to:
   
  • Get recharge and rejuvenated about what they do
  • Create a safe environment to release unwanted stress
  • Learn new effective techniques to address current challenges
  • Acknowledgement for what they do
  • Make new fresh and real commitments that are exciting and attainable

   

• Parent Empowerment an Emotional Prosperity - These workshops offered in the same format as above provides parents with a safe place to let down their guards and ask the hard questions and receive world-class lessons, techniques and exercises designed to assist them in healing relationships and creating a new experience with their teenagers.

Your tax deductible donation will go solely to the direct cost of serving teens in each workshop and you are even invited to the workshop as our guest to see the results that you assisted in producing.

The standard cost for a teen to attend an MTS Comprehensive Teen Empowerment Workshop is $250.00.  The workshop comes complete with lunch and graduation certificates.
 

1. Sponsor of a Two day- Comprehensive Teen Empowerment Workshop for up to 100 teens and 25 adults. This life-changing experience can be done in your community. The TEW workshop provides teens two full days of world-class curriculum and experiences.  As a sponsor you are encouraged to join us for graduation and see the difference that you are making in the world immediately.  

Partner with a local school, church, youth organization or business. 

Every sponsor that has attended graduation has immediately chosen to sponsor another event. The results are amazing.
