What teens gain
What teens take home.
Lisa Nichols developed MTS after watching teens get loud messages from the world with no tools to respond. Every program session builds something concrete teens take home.
- Communicate with clarity instead of chaos
- Build confidence from the inside out, not external approval
- Develop a grounded self-image in a comparison-driven world
- Make values-aligned decisions under pressure
- Navigate relationships with respect and emotional awareness
- Turn stress and overwhelm into self-awareness and direction
- Trust themselves enough to lead their own lives
2026 MTS Tour
Four cities. One summer. 500+ teens.
Each city hosts a two-day intensive event. Sponsors are credited in city-level programming and all event materials.

Put your name on something that matters
What your brand gets to own.
Every MTS Tour event has moments, materials, and meals that need a name on them. Here’s what’s available.
Your logo on the official 2026 MTS Tour shirt, printed for every event city. Lasting recognition that travels beyond the event.
Your name on the event dining experience — printed menus and table signage on meal days across every city.
Your name appears as title sponsor of the opening session in every city you select. Your brand sets the tone before the day begins.
One full curriculum session carries your name in all printed materials, program booklets, and post-event deliverables.
“Presented by [Your Brand]” on all tour materials, event signage, social content, and the official tour name across all 4 cities.

Our Founder
Lisa Nichols
Lisa Nichols founded Motivating the Teen Spirit in 1998 after recognizing that teens were being handed a louder, faster, more emotionally complex world — with no tools to navigate it. Twenty-eight years later, the organization has reached tens of millions and built a track record that speaks without hype.
“Today’s teens are navigating a world that is louder, faster, and more emotionally complex than ever before — yet most are not being equipped with the life skills they need to thrive. MTS bridges that gap.”
