Where your gift goes
The Safe Space Fund.
Donor gifts go to the Safe Space Fund. Schools, hosts and sponsors pay for programs separately, so a gift to the Fund goes to teens.
$500
A teen’s seat
Sends one teen through a full MTS weekend, free to them.
$75
An hour with a licensed counselor
Care after the program, paid straight to the provider.
Grants
Partner youth programs
Support for programs doing aligned work with teens.
The Safe Space Fund pays for teens’ seats in MTS programs, hours with licensed counselors, and grants to partner youth programs. Gifts are pooled and go where the need is greatest unless you tell us otherwise.
Tax-deductible gifts
How to give, and what you receive.
Empowering the Human Spirit Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 75-3077111). Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Gifts made on our Donate page, by check to Empowering the Human Spirit Foundation, or at an MTS event table go to EHS directly. EHS sends a receipt for each gift. Keep it for your records; MTS does not give tax advice.
To give by check, ask for a copy of a receipt, or ask any question about a gift, email jelani@motivatingthemasses.com.
